I am not someone who will get scared and run away. They have released something that was 4-5 years old,\u201d H D Revanna, Prajwal\u2019s father, told the media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A massive controversy broke out after multiple purported sex videos of Prajwal Revanna emerged last week, just two days before the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections in Karnataka on April 26.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prajwal Revanna, who is the grandson of JD(S) chief and former prime minister H D Deve Gowda, has, however, denied the allegations. He filed a complaint, claiming that the circulated videos were doctored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prajwal (33) was the NDA candidate from the Hassan Lok Sabha constituency, which went to the polls in the first phase on April 26. Following this, Prajwal reportedly left for Frankfurt, Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, HD Revanna said: \u201cPrajwal was anyway going to go abroad, and he didn\u2019t know an FIR was going to be filed against him.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On JD(S) MLA demanding his son\u2019s expulsion from the party, HD Revanna said: \u201cExpelling him from the party is left to the party high command.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLet the state government investigate. For the last 40 years under Congress, we have faced several investigations, be it CID or SIT,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, JD(S) leader and former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy said: \u201cIt\u2019s an issue of the Revanna family.
