BENGALURU: Aided by deadly leg spin bowling by Tarun Balamurugan and Sampathkumar H Bevoor, Jawahar Sports Club (1), Bengaluru, pipped Bangalore Sports Club by 20 runs to emerge as champions in the KSCA Under-16 Inter-club Cricket Tournament for 2024\u201325.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required to score a moderate 147 for the win at the RSI Ground here on Sunday, Bangalore SC started on a flying note, reaching 66 without loss in 18 overs. When it looked all over for the Jawahar SC, the two leg spinners turned the tables. Tarun Balamurugan grabbed 4 for 30 in his 10 overs, while \u2018Dharwad lad\u2019 Sampathkumar H. Bevoor picked up 3 for 19 in his 5.4 overs to reduce the opponents to 126 in 38.4 overs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
