Widespread rainfall likely in J&K on May 11, 12: MeT

SRINAGAR: The Meteorological Department on Friday predicted widespread light to moderate rainfal in Jammu and Kashmir on May 11 and 12.

As per the report, moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorm and gusty winds is expected at many places on May 11. Snowfall is likely at higher ranges. Light to moderate rain and snow at higher reaches is expected at most places on May 12.

From May 13, cloudy weather with drizzling will prevail in some places. A dry weather is expected from May 14 to 17, as per the reprot.
