NEW DELHI: Tajinder Singh Bittu, secretary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) and Congress co-incharge of Himachal Pradesh, resigned from the primary membership of the party on Saturday. Bittu is considered a close aide of senior Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi.
